1. Enquiry & Initial Discussion
Tell us about the property, what you want to change and any constraints you already know about.
2. Site Survey & Assessment
We attend the property, take measurements and assess structure, access, drainage and services.
3. Scope of Works & Programme
The agreed scope is set out in writing alongside a staged programme of the work.
4. Construction
Work is carried out in sequence, with the property protected and the site kept tidy.
5. Completion & Handover
Remaining items are dealt with and the finished work is handed over with a clear record.
